Name & Ticker Change (Currently OTC:DUTV)

Our attorneys have filed the name/ticker change to Easy Environmental Solutions Inc. (Ticker TBD) with FINRA and are working through the standard process. While the timeline is taking longer than we’d like, we’re actively engaged and making progress.

Oil Industry Update — Easy NanoVoid

Last week CEO Mark Gaalswyck flew to Texas to meet new oil-industry partners and tour a customer site along with performing trials with our mobile NanoVoid unit. We are working to install an Easy NanoVoid system long term there soon, with the objective of boosting recovery of oil from drilling water while reducing pollution.

Product mentioned: Easy NanoVoid — designed to enhance separation and recovery efficiency in produced/drilling water workflows.

Africa Update — EasyFEN

We received down payment funds and are proceeding with an EasyFEN order. We have already deployed a multi‑person remote African team to support the continent. We’re executing our now‑proven EasyFEN sales process with many additional countries advancing in the pipeline.

Manufacturing & Operations

EasyFEN: Ramping capacity to build multiple units concurrently. Upgrading office space, shop equipment, and rolling out MRP + accounting systems to handle demand.
Easy NanoVoid: Multiple units in build at our Mankato, MN facility. We hired a full‑time installation technician (a former team member) to accelerate deployments. A unit was installed last week at a northern Minnesota resort for organic dredging, with additional weekly installs scheduled on sold projects.
